Thank you for shopping at ARU V INDIA. We specialize in providing both high-performance New Industrial Sewing Machines and certified Pre-owned (Used) Machinery. We aim to ensure a transparent and professional experience for all our industrial partners.
1. Cancellation Policy
New & Used Machines: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the asset has been dispatched from our Tiruppur facility, whichever is earlier.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID. Once the machine is loaded for dispatch, orders cannot be canceled.
2. Return Policy
We maintain strict quality control for both new and used inventory. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- New Machines: Accepted only if delivered in a physically damaged state, has a manufacturing defect, or is the incorrect model.
- Used Machines: Our pre-owned machines undergo a 30-point quality check. Returns are accepted only if the machine is damaged during transit.
- 7 DAYS LIMIT: All return requests must be raised within 7 days from delivery.
- CONDITION: Must be in original condition with all accessories and invoice.
3. Refund Policy
Upon receiving the returned asset at our Tiruppur facility, our technical team will conduct a thorough inspection. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (Bank Transfer / UPI / Card).
