1. Cancellation Policy
Orders for both New and Pre-Owned (Used) machinery can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the item has been dispatched from our Tiruppur warehouse, whichever is earlier. To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately with your Order ID. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned under our 7-day return policy.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date under the following terms:
- New Machinery & Parts: Returns accepted for transit damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or non-defective remorse returns.
- Pre-Owned (Used) Machinery: Returns accepted if damaged during transit or if mechanical specs do not match.
- Condition: Product must be returned in original condition with all included accessories, user manuals, and physical invoice.
3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Return shipments must be sent by mail/courier to our Tiruppur headquarters. For defective or transit-damaged products, a Free Return Label is provided. For non-defective customer remorse returns, a standard restocking fee of INR 500 applies.
4. Refund Process & Settlement
Once the returned asset arrives at our Tiruppur facility, our technical team conducts an inspection within 24 hours. Upon approval, the full refund is credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card / Razorpay) within 5 to 7 working days.
