Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

* Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase or before the product/sewing machine has been dispatched from our Tiruppur facility, whichever is earlier.

* To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order ID. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

2. Return Policy

* We accept returns only if the sewing machine or product delivered is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect.

* Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

* The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and the original invoice.

3. Refund Policy

* Once we receive your returned item at our facility, our technical team will inspect it and notify you of the status.

* If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via Original Payment Method / Bank Transfer).

* The approved refund amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
